Gather ~ A Dance (2025-6)

A collaboration with Hijinx and Papergang Theatre

Hijinx Theatre is one of Europe’s leading inclusive theatre companies creating performances with learning disabled and/or autistic artists on stage and on screen, for Wales and for the world.

Supported by Papergang Theatre, I had the privilege of spending two seasons tutoring actors from Hijinx Theatre in Autumn-Spring 2025-6. We collaborated together to choreograph a performance piece, celebrating Lunar New Year Festival in Cardiff.

The piece developed on our work together in ensemble and solo movement performance skills, bringing a visceral experience to the audience, gifting them with breath, connection and a sense of the invisible yet palpable sensations that hold us all together as a community.
